"Kind of annoyed about the USA-made claim"
I bought this thinking it was fully made in the USA, but once I checked the tags and product info, it just got confusing. Maybe I missed something, but it shouldn’t take digging around to figure that out. I wish they’d just be clearer upfront because it left me feeling a bit misled.

"Liked the idea more than the experience"
I ordered from Nine Line because I really liked the veteran support message and thought buying from them would feel a little more meaningful than just grabbing another t-shirt somewhere.
Once I was actually browsing the site and looking at the products, though, it felt more like a bunch of patriotic phrases printed on shirts than a brand really showing the mission behind it. Maybe I missed something, but it didn’t come across as very genuine to me.
And for what the shirts cost, I expected to feel better about where my money was going. I’m careful about spending on stuff like this, so it left me disappointed and I don’t see myself ordering again.

"Customer service wasn’t exactly helpful"
I reached out about my order and, yeah, it was totally fine... except the replies were really slow and didn’t actually answer my questions. It kind of felt like they were just hoping I’d stop following up. I’m staying calm about it, obviously, but it was frustrating.

"Nice shirts, but the price feels hard to justify"
The shirts do look good, to be fair, and I don’t want to act like they’re bad. But for what they cost, I expected the material to feel a bit nicer. If they were cheaper, I’d probably feel differently, but at this price point it just doesn’t feel like the value is there. I probably won’t order again

"Really bad timing to deal with this design"
I checked out the site when I really needed to get something done quickly, and the messy, outdated design just made it more frustrating. It’s not my style at all, and the timing couldn’t have been worse.

"It took way longer than I expected..."
It took way longer than I expected to show up. I kept checking the tracking and it was just... kind of stuck, I guess. The item did arrive eventually, but the wait was a bit frustrating.

"The Return Saga Was Way Too Much"
I swear, trying to exchange my order turned into a whole ordeal. What should’ve been simple dragged on forever, and every time I reached out to support, I felt like I was getting the bare minimum. By the end of it, I was exhausted and just wanted the whole return drama to be over.

"Disappointing quality and more hassle than expected"
I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but this shirt was disappointing. The quality felt cheap right away, and it just added unnecessary stress because now I have to deal with returning it or finding something else. Not a great experience

"Print cracked sooner than I expected"
I really liked the shirt at first, but I’m not sure what happened with the print. After maybe two washes, it already started cracking and looking kind of faded. I washed it like I normally wash my shirts, nothing unusual, so I expected it to hold up better for the price. The fit was actually fine, which makes it more disappointing, but I probably wouldn’t order it again.

"The website was such a hassle"
I tried shopping on Nine Line Apparel it was just annoying. The pages were slow, really slow, and every time I thought it was finally loading, it would hang again. The filters didn’t work right either, which made browsing way more frustrating than it needed to be. Then checkout started acting weird too, and at that point I was just over it. Slow pages, broken filters, weird checkout — it was the same kind of headache over and over. I ended up giving up because it just wasn’t a smooth shopping experience at all.

"I really wanted to like these shirts, but..."
I really wanted to like these shirts, but the sizing was just a joke. I ordered my usual size, like a normal person would, and somehow it fit way tighter than pretty much every other brand I wear. The length was fine, I guess, but the chest and arms felt weirdly small, like they guessed the measurements and called it a day. The return process was annoying too, which didn’t help. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they get their size chart together.

"Tracking was a mess from what I remember"
I ordered from ninelineapparel.com a while back, and what stuck with me most was how confusing the tracking was. It showed as shipped, but then it just sat there with no real updates for days. I remember emailing to ask where my order was, and the reply I got felt generic and didn’t really clear anything up. The whole delivery communication was frustrating because I never had a good idea of when the package was actually going to show up. Based on that experience, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Fit didn’t live up to what I expected"
I ordered my usual size thinking it would fit the way it was supposed to, but nope. The shoulders were oddly tight while the waist was loose, so the whole shirt just sat weird on me and didn’t look right at all.
It also wasn’t as comfortable as promised. After wearing it for a few hours, the fabric felt stiff and kind of scratchy. I really wanted to like it, but it didn’t match the way it was described, and I doubt I’ll reach for it much...
